As we work together to protect our staff and customers to help slow the spread of COVID-19, Grand Valley Bank has made the decision to implement temporary changes in how we will be serving our customers.

Effective Monday, November 16, 2020, we will be limiting our lobby access as a safety measure for our communities and our extraordinary staff. Our branches will remain open, but with recommended social distancing practices. We will continue to be here to assist you in all of your banking needs in these ways:

  • Drive-Thru Service: You will be able to conduct all of your normal banking transactions through our drive through lanes. If you need to process a change order please use the drive-up window lane.
  • Lobby Service: If you still require in-branch assistance for account maintenance or safe deposit box access, we will be happy to help, but please call your branch ahead of time to make an appointment.
  • ATMs: To obtain cash, account balances or transfers, please use our ATM machines.
  • Online banking services: Please use our robust online banking options 24/7 from your own home through Netteller on grandvalleybank.com, the GVB mobile app and mobile deposit. If you are not currently signed up, please visit grandvalleybank.com or call your branch for assistance.
